WE ARE SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE!

GLOW Walks for Hope & Change to Support Domestic Violence Awareness!

On a beautiful Saturday morning, March 30th, the heart of downtown Jacksonville, FL, became the canvas for a powerful expression of hope and support. Our GLOW Community came together for a cause close to our hearts – the annual Hubbard House Domestic Violence Awareness Walk.  It was a great ending to our March “Step Into Spring, Step Challenge”.

At the forefront of our walk was Mary Jane, one of our cherished GLOW instructors and a survivor herself. Her courage inspired us all as we walked not just for her, but for every person affected by domestic violence. It was a testament to the strength of the human spirit and the power of community.

Several of our GLOW Fam participants attended and many husbands joined the walk and showed their support by wearing shirts that said “Real Men Don’t Hit”.

In addition, the GLOW team was honored to lead the warm-up for the event. And in true GLOW style we got the crowd pumped and prepped for the big walk.

Mary Jane's bravery is a beacon of light, a reminder that healing and empowerment are possible. To anyone out there struggling with domestic violence, we echo the words of our hearts: Be brave. You are not alone. Help is available. Please, reach out.

Let us continue to walk together, step by step, towards a world free from violence, filled with compassion and support for one another. If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic violence, please contact:
